Hinson doesn't make a clutch basket for your machine. I'm pretty sure they don't make a clutch cover for it either, and as I can attest, they cost about $500. The best clutch plates that you can put into your machine would be the OEM plates, both types. You could probably have a new clutch basket coated like the aftermarket ones but I feel it's a joke. It's not like you have to slip the clutch or abuse it on a 350X the way you might have to on a 2smoke anyway. The best way to ensure the life of your clutch, transmission and engine (especially the critical cam journals) would be to use high quality oil and change it, along with the filter, regularly. If you do decide to change your clutch plates you might want to inpect the clutch basket, inner hub, pressure plate, actuating rod, and clutch release lever for wear and replace as needed. Oh, and don't forget the bearings that the basket ride on. Keep that awesome X running strong, they're getting harder and harder to come by.
