The track is nice. On the smaller size, when compared to Southwick and Jolly. But the jumps are safe, yet still allow some air. A lot of turns and stuff. No membership is needed. Just pay the $25 per rider per day.

Hopefully, if enough interest is shown the owner of Rocky Hill will expand the track. Next time I head over there I will post a message.

I think the only day they are closed is Monday. But check out their website ctmotocross.com

If they get rain, it usually closes, because the track is right near the CT River. In the spring flood, the track is under the water.

My son does not race. When he was younger, he saw some kid get hurt at Southwick and is kind of scared now. He only got his quad at X-mas and been riding a few times. Mostly with adults, but has flipped once and ran over his foot another time.

Thanks for the web site. My son also got his quad for x-mas, but we need to get him a bigger one now. He has a 40cc but he rides our friends 50cc and he loves it. He also flipped over 2 times, so im nervous about buying him a bigger one but he wants to race again next year so i guess im going to have to buy one. Dont know what kind yet. Kinda looking at the chelea or the extreme.

The green DRR50 came in first i think. The LEMs were fast but it was a stock 50cc class, only4 quads were stocked. There were 8 that was modified so of course they were alot faster then the rest. They couldnt seperate the classes cuz there wasnt enough stock to race alone(which sucked cuz the socks didnt stand a chance). But it was suppose to be a stock 50cc race.

Remember that the nationals run a different mini class than our NEATV series.

I am not positive, but I think the Nationals will not allow any modifications, where NEATV allows suspension changes. (Which helps with safety).
