Actually I haven't even see the track yet. I have been told the straights are 200 to 250 yds. long and the quads race after the cars run. I don't know what the dirt is like but I'm sure it gets blue grooved from the cars. I want to try one race first before I invest more $ into the YFZ. Thanks for the help.

 

You are setting it up to race and selling it at the same time?

 

I'm not setting it up at all yet. The race season doesn't start till May. I will probably have a different quad by then anyway. Then again I might just keep the YFZ and add a Dale in the garage. I'm seeing some smoking deals on the Dales. I'm just being patient and waiting for the right deal to present itself.

 

Why not just buy one from ATK ?

Like you said, too much$$$. I'm finding them anywhere from $3000 to $4500. Some with the upgrades and some without. Most have low hours as well. I would like to find one with the Stage 8 already done, but if not no big deal. There is an individual here that bought 10 Dales from a local dealer that closed it 's doors recently. My brother spoke with his friend yesterday, and I'm going to contact him tomorrow and see what he has.

 

Brand new 03 LE from the Quad Shop, I bet you can get it to your door for 4800 with all updates and any map you want. Jeff is also the best you can ask for to deal with ... just an idea.
