Unfortunately they do not have any ruling on their site pertaining to bikes or quads,only karts. I am sure it would be simular to outdoor ruling though. I have seen guys run without nerfs or numberplates but all machines have a number be it tape or anything else visible. bare min for rider would be a helmet,goggles, long sleeve shirt and pants,and boots. again I can not be resposible for this info, it is just bare min we have at our tracks. I would think you would need a tether. You can probly pick up a cheap one at a snowmobile shop,if not local,maybe on the way,there are plenty of sled shops in Detroit Lakes. Maybe you do not even need one?! They are mandatory for outdoor though. is there not a machine on their end? I know when I called before for summer info they returned my call that evening. If you have the room,bring his bike anyways, guys carry alot of parts,maybe someone has an extra, I did until I sold it this summer for the exact same situation. See ya Sunday!

Thanks again Champ. It is always nice to meet great people that are willing to help people out and make new friends. Yes I will try and make it out to the next even.
