I would be one of the newcomers (1st race). We have a large group coming and are looking forward to the race.

I cant wait to ride that track (Eddieville).

we will be camping the weekend,,,,so bring the dog!

If anyone is interested in riding this track before the race, there is a practice day on March 20th. My husband and I will be there along with a few others from the forum.
This is a good opportunity to get some experience and to find out what the track conditions will be like.

does anyone know if there is a hotel near the track? what are some of the stores that surround the city of goldendale?????just wondering if we need to bring everything or if we can go out and get a bite to eat.

still planning on riding the track on march 20th, cant wait to try out the track and prepare myself for the april race!!!!!

For grocery stores, they have Albertson's and Safeway.
Lots of restaurants; looks like they have everything from burgers to chinese food.

 

just a little FYI far vue motel is 91 bucks per night for 3 adults and 2 beds and then ponderosa is 60 for the same, wow big difference, ponderosa here i come!!!!!
