I agree with all the other posts in here. It really comes down to what your comfortable with. I ran the twist for awhile, but couldn't get used to it. I went back to thumb and after getting used to holding my thumb on the throttle for extended periods during the races, it doesn't get sore anymore.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

I run twist throttle on my z400 and love it. For motorcross, it gets a little tough using twist. I race desert, so them long races, twist are ideal.
