Default Oil Leak

Hello,

I have a small oil leak in my ATV (Yamaha Warrior) at the engine union, it only occurs after engine is hot (it was a very very little leak).
What did you recommend to solve this problem, without open the engine and change the gaskets ?

I was thinking to use a synthetic oil (now I'm using a mineral oil), or someone oil additive, did you consider that possibility ?

Thanks,

Pedro Rodrigues

Default Oil Leak

This solution will look kinda tacky but it should work. Clean the surface very well of all dirt and oil then apply some high temp permatex (Gasket Maker) to the area and your problem should be fixed.
