Default SoCal Dealer Series question

Got a buddy who just bought a YFZ 450, and he's pimpin this thing out big time. Question came up about Yamaha Dealer Series, and how strict are they about width? Do they adhere to the AMA 50" rule, or is there some leeway in the amatuer classes?? Anyone? Thanks, Ha

The ITP and Dealers can care less about the Width of a quad. The only thing they check is your kill switch. In the three years I've been racing @ Glen Helen, they have never checked the width only at the recent National. Even at the 4-stroke nationals they don't check the width.

4-STROKE NATIONALS are not till April. Check the Glen Helen website or White Brothers web sites.
