Harescramble in Tennessee

Yea, we all wussed out but it was a dust free wuss out. Actually, I had to leave for Michigan on Monday morning for a few days and thought I would spend the weekend with the wife and baby. We are planning on having a big ride this weekend. I will get you the details later this week.

98' sorry to hear we both ended up breaking something on our rides. As far as that little creek with the boulders went, I managed to get a fairly good line through there but I smacked the crap out of a rock that was in that wider creek that had the water hole at the begining. Thinking back on it though, I actually may have broken my swingarm on that big dip that was out in the fields toward the end of the course. The first time through there I hit it WAY too fast and ended up getting launched straight up in the air and landing kind of sideways on my back wheels.
Anyway, yeah I'm sure I'll be at Charlotte. Lets pray for a little rain between now and then.
Pace, so long as I can get this ride of mine put back together, I shouldn't have any problem making it. I've got a new swingarm that should be here today or tomorrow and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that there's nothing else broken.

Crap! I live in C-ville and didn't know anything about the race! I'm not a racer but like going to the local races. I was, however, thinking about seeing if I had the guts to try it out. Does anyone know if there's going to be another race here? I remember one year they had two.

There has already been 2 in Clarksville in the summer series. There will be one in Charlotte in September. Go to www.msws.org and click on 'Summer Camp'. There is a schedule there.
