90% of the pros use Pep shocks. They are sorta expensive but are well worth the investment, especially if you are going to be racing MX. Also you didnt mention your a-arms. Do you have extended a-arms. If not get yourself a set of +2Wider +1Forward, this will give you the geometry of the 89R. Get your rear shock revalved for your weight. Also with the wider front end youwill need a wider rear, so look into an extended rear axle. Lonestar and RPM make nice axles. Also some thing to think about is a steering damper. Good luck with racing.

Oou forgot the most important thing of all, A decent suspension. You can only go as fast as your suspension will allow, and bottoming out off every jump, bouncing your way down the straights, and over-shooting every corner not only beats the crap out of your bike, but also your body. Even a good set of front shocks makes all the difference in the world. Other than that, it sounds like you're ready ot go!

Thanx jblough. the suspention is pretty much stock although the front rims are turned around makin' it a bit wider up front and a little more stable.I'm gonna havta' get a new rear shock for sure due to a bad sping I will deffinetly look in to the PEP shocks . I will probably be racing MX and flat track.but flat track for sure. makin' my changes between mx and flat track sould keep me busy EH?....hardlydangerous1@yahoo.com
