Baja 1000 --- weird Banshee

Looks like Sur Track tires FRONT and rear. Why front? Ground clearance? Could have got a lighter tire. Hmm, any ideas?

Odd to say the least. I do know from experience that Sur Traks are one tough tire. I ran mine falt for a few hundred miles, and didn't even notice. Only reason I found out it was flat in the first place was whne the person riding behind me noticed. Mabey I don't pay enout attention, but...

Yea they are tough, but that's still a lot of weight, resistance, and ill handling to sacerfice. He would have been better of running those Good Year run flats.

Then again, he was sponsored by Maxxis probaly and that's the only tires they had that were tough, and tall. My guess...
