the Kawasaki 700 V force is the most fun quad I have ever owned for riding trails. Also own a yamaha Raptor and had a 250R for 15 yrs. Have the most fun I have ever had on the 700. It is a little bit heavy but a blast to ride.

you will just bitch about not having some 100 dollar rear wheel spacers

I put a pro-circuit T-4 on my Z and it is a lot torquer(spelling). Although I do like the low end grunt a lot, I have to say have that higher rpm powerband on the Z makes it nice on long steep hills.

my wifes raptor 350 is great on the trails. and before some uneducated fool says it's the same as a warrior, NO IT IS NOT! just the engine is the same!

your right, look at the smaller quads, for trails a small, light quad can really get it done. my dads good friend has a mojave, and hes a big guy and all he rides is trails and he loves it. Its a real nice quad, Liquid Cooled, 4-Valve( i believe) DOHC.

I love my Mojave. I'ts sits lower than a Warrior and will beat a Warrior in a drag. The down fall for the Mojave on the trails is a small fuel tank and Kickstarter. Thats alright though, because mine always starts on the 1st or 2nd kick.

TRX450R, The YFZ is too hard hitting for the trails IMO
