Sounds like you have a nice 250X, but no matter what you do to it it will still be just that, a 250X. Dont get me wrong they are a nice quad and everything. If you are real serious about racing I would step up to a quad with more potential. Sometimes what you dont want to hear is what you need to hear the most. A lightened flywheel will help you build up the revs on your bike quicker. The next thing i would do with your bike is suspension and it is not cheap. What are you trying to get with your bike? More bottom, mid, top? I would take off all unnecesary parts to lighten it as much as possible.

Im mainly wanting mid to topend power because if i have that and i want bottom end ill just stick the 12 too front sprocket on it and get the bottom end but im DEFINATLY going 2 start lightening the bike been looking at a lonestar axle +2 and a cromoly swing arm also +2 i think that will go great by lightening it and its looks sweat also HOPE to have pictures soon

If your tied with a 400ex on trails, then modding your bike isn't going to help you much. Practice is what you need. In a drag I can see, but trail riding is probably 75% or more rider.
