What would be some of the best ways to save weight on my 400EX? When you replace stock a-arms, shocks, axle, swingarm, etc., does this help out in weight a lot? Thanks for your time.

My A arms were a little lighter, the Works triples with rezzys were a little lighter, an aftermarket silencer is generally alot lighter (4-6 lbs). Wheels and tires were a little lighter. It all adds up, but it would be difficult to get down to 350. The swingarm skidplate weighs a few pounds and depending on your riding conditions, is optional. The thing that sucks is when you put a bellypan and nerfs on and add back weight that you took off.....lol.
