do you guys use ocatne boosters to race?

do u buy low, mid, or super gas?

what exhaust would you pick:
DMC afterburner
LRD Pro 4 Series
FMF Factory 4
Yoshimura Pro-Series Titanium

K&F air filter top?

K&F filter with sleeve?

UM Filter box with cover?

What other upgrades would u reccomend to race?

i have 2 kfx 400's (2006)

i have added nerf bars, skid plates, etc.. now i need power gains...

I am getting set up so i can race gncc next year...

 

I'll give you my opinions....
1) compression dictates octane. If you have not raised compression then run the fuel recommended (I'd run premium).
2) we don't use octane stuff. The 4 strokers are buying oxygenated gas. 20 bucks a gallon. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] 112 octane will do you fine once you need it.
3)K&N's are fine, yes you need an outerwears on it and the outerwear box top is a great idea.
4) Sparks pipe, yoshi,and LRD
5) you need a tether switch
6)you need no power gtains right now, first you need shocks. Ohlins,PEP,Elka,Axis.
7)When you need motor work, the best are Sparks/TC Racing/Yoshi.
At some point you will want a-arms and a swingarm. I have Lonestar.
Beadlock wheels (rear) and reinforced fronts are recommended. Alot run tire ***** now ($$$).

agreed, i have yousi tit, system, air box removed, i have to run race gas b/c i have more comp. than stock.
