does anyone know the proper address of the macon race....what kind of soil is the track like??
should i cut my turfs ?for sand/or hard pack?

Scott, I have a bit of info for you. The race is at echochochee or something like that. A good map and link can be looked at http://www.ga-mxracing.com/ . I have heard it's super sandy and a lot of guys run the stock 400ex tires, I guess even some of the pros ran that set-up there. What's your # again? Running 250A right? I plan on being there, will know for sure Tuesday night.

Last year the race was moved from the original location due to extreme rain. I know the alternative location was very sandy as stroker said, but I don't know if the original location has the same soil. I assume the race this year is scheduled back at the original track.
