Samson - you missed a fun one! It was a great turn out with lots of competition. The woods section (~2 miles) was completely different. Took a few laps to get used to it.
Two hours of racing sure gives you a good workout! I thought the one hour races got you tired. Now the one hour races will feel short.
On the last lap I couldn't hardly ride - to the on-looker, they'd think I was on a trail ride. (laugh)
I did loss a grip soon after the start, so raced most of it with one grip and one bar (wasn't too bad though).
I can't wait for the next race - too bad it isn't til the end of august.
Did you get the banshee back yet? How does it perform now?

I was all set to go..... When I thought it was a Sunday race. I worked Midnites Fri nite and couldnt comprehend driving down there let alone race on NO sleep. Really bummed. More xc events soon??? Maybe I will try MX, but I am not crazy about that.
