This is not covered the AMA rulebook. It is the supplemantary rules for the GNC series, and that is done by the promoters when they meet in OCT. The sup rules is where all of the classes are listed and what are the requirments for each class. The ama/atva book covers everything and then each series makes up certian rules for that series. This is done in the GNCC for example. You have to talk to Doug Morris about that change during the year if it can be done.
