Thinking of droppin some loot and getting one. Is it worth it? If so, what size cc domes should I get for best performance?

 

No. My playbike has the Trinity head. My TT bike has a FTZ cut stock head, and stays just as cool. The charge for FTZ's cutting is $140. They do either pump gas cut or race gas cut. This is less than half the cost of aftermarket heads and work just as well.

 

If you get different dome sizes, and have some port work done, they are WELL worth the money. I put a 22 dome on, went to race gas, and WOW!!!

 

I have an ADA Racing head on my 97 bam chee. I have 17cc domes it has about 190 pounds of compression and a butt load of torque. Different domes different compression, long story short buy one.

 

I mainly like the cool head cuz of the interchangable domes.
