Just bought a new 300ex 2002 holdover yesterday. Can get some pretty good deals on them, even though the honda bucks program is over, I got ours for $3237 out the door. You may have to ask specifically for 02 holdovers when you talk to the salesmen. I talked to 5 dealerships, 2 had some holdovers, and in both cases they were trying to sell me higher priced 03 models until I asked about 02 holdovers.
