Hello there. As You understand Sweden is not a cheap Country to live in.
1 liter of gas cost 1,33 US dollar.
1,5 liter of Coca-cola 3,33 US dollar.
and that SUCKS....... remember that when you fill up your Chevy, or takes a cold coke.
Wish I was an American......

100 Swedish kroner(kr) equals 13,3 US dollar
1 US dollar equals 7,5 swedish kroner(kr)

Do you think Sweden will ever use the Euro for their currency?

Yes. it is normal next step, But that doesn`t mean I am huge fan of EU. You get used to it , the government makes smal changes now and then. and before you know it Sweden has gone bankrupt. It is naiv to think that the Baltic states, Lettland, polen, litauen and so on won`t come here and work for pennys and use our social securiance system when the becomes members of the EU.
It takes the sharpnes of Sweden away, if you know what I mean. In 10-20 years EU will be an "average" Country.
We have had some great big Companies like Eriksson.Volvo,Saab and IT-companies, all now move outside Sweden.
It is a sad story, But as long people eat meat I will grow my pigs and have fun ,watching the others go abroad.

Have a great day
