I'm thinking the same thing...The more I ride here in Alaska the more I believe she will need 4 wheel drive. What would you guys suggest for an entry level 4x4? I will need something with racks on it so I think the scrambler is out?

 

look at the pic of the scrambler on my page,,,,she hauls all the camping/rescue gear.

that is the wifes,,,,she is a new rider who went from a trailblazer 250 to that scrammy,,,,,,she has become a very good/safe rider.

The auto tranny on any polaris is nice to learn on,,,and the bikes are really stable/safe.

 

I also have Front and Rear Racks on my wifes scrambler (can see pics below)

You can get rack bags,boxes, just about anything you want, even a winch or snow plow
