Whats wrong with 2 strokes? They are really not as unreliable as people say. I have only had good luck with my Trailblazer and Blasters are nice too. I like 2 stroke power better too and they are easier to work on. But if your set on getting a 4 stroke the '00 300EX is an excellent quad.

200,
The 300 ex would be an excellent choice. You might also want to look at the warrior, I think the suspension on the ex is a little better, but he warrior has great features and pulls real hard through it's power range. I have ridden my brother's warrior many time and i like it, I ride my 500 zilla most of the time so the ex and the warrior feel small to me, but at your size and wieght they would probably feel just right. As for the trailblazer, my sister has one and i have hopped it up with a pipe, clutch kit, and carb, it rips and she rides the h*ll out of it. The only question there is do you want to sift or do you want the automatic? All of the above will treat you right just look for the features you want the most. Enjoy-be safe
