Im new to dealing with the bank and i hav a question, at the end of june i took out a 3500 loan to help pay for a brand new 2004 300ex, i still owe about 2700 on the loan and i wunt to trade the 300ex in for a new blaster, ive taken very good care of it ive put a jet kit, k&n filter, dg excelerator pipe, 14 tooth front sprocket, and tag grips on it so i expect to aleast trade straight up or even better get sum money back, but im not sure how that works withthe bank, can the bank and dealership just exchange titles or do i need a nuther loan, any help would be appreciated

been in your situation many times.look at the list of bikes i used to own.well to be honest the dealer never gives you a good price on a trade in because they have to resell the bike and make money on it.depending on your dealer and credit they can do it a few ways.see dealer.but when i did this i always took a loss or hard hit but to me it was worth it . good luck. why are you going from a 300 ex to a blaster? if your gonna lose out on some money make it worthwhile and go for something better like a 400 class bike.the blaster and 300 ex are not that much different. just my opinion but your better off with the 300 ex.

LOL. Money back? You'll never get money back. You'll end up paying more for a quad that is worth less.
I agree that you should trade up instead of down or sideways. Maybe you could sell the 300ex and hopefully get enough to pay off the loan. Take the money and pay off the loan and then purchase another quad.

Just curious...why are you interested in trading a 300ex for a blaster?

ya,,,I would defenetly take care of the loan first before you get another quad...Sell the 300ex and then pay off the loan...then get another loan for your next quad...I do agree with everyone else though...In my opinion your really not bettering yourself from going from a 300ex to a blaster....I would really considering maybe a 400ex or something along those lines....think more of the future...the blaster is one of those quads that you can outgrow fast and get bored with.

I am wondering how a stock engine pulls 14/36. We have a big bore 300ex and 14/36 is too fast unless it has 18's on it.

Gear it down a little and I bet you'll like it more. Or do you like to go 70, down hill?
