To get green sticker the manufacturer needs to go thru a noise and emissions test standard and get certified and must come with spark arrestor. All 2-strokes over 50cc (????) must be red sticker. Most 4-strokes will be green sticker if mfg. has done the correct certs. Everything year 2002 and older is now classified green sticker. Most racing 4-stroke motorcycles are red sticker.

 

Anybody know if the 05 raptor would be green or not?

 

4 strokes are usually always green but don't quote me on that.
