I did the online quote with Markel as well and it was around $80.00 a year for basic comp and a $500 deduct. Basically all I want is protection against theft. I'm just curious why others are opting for uninsured, underinsured, medical, etc. if the ATV is only driven (at least mine will be) off road etc. Its not like someone will T-bone you down some loney stretch of desert road... I really don't plan on anyone else using my quad except for my wife and I and also figure if we get hurt then our regular medical coverage would be used. Just wondering why some are "double" insuring themselves - maybe I'm looking at this completely wrong? Any comments?

 

The reason I would fully insure mine is incase for some ungodly reason it were to fall off the trailer or the back of my or someone else's truck while going down the road. Crazier things have happened right.

I would say comprehensive, but am not sure.

 

I'd guess comp since its not moving on its own power.
