Default 1988 Yamaha Warrior 350cc Pricing

I have been looking for a quad for my girlfriend, and came across this 1988 Yamaha Warrior for sale.

Anyone share any input on these? Its a 4 stroke 1 cylinder, not in the best condition, but what can you expect for a 17 year old ATV.

Pics are here:

The guy is asking $1,000 obo, not sure if that includes the trailer or not, he has not called me back.

Is this a fair price for this old of ATV? A trailer like this would cost $2-300 I would imagine?

It says the "A" Arms replaced 2 1/2 years ago, rear main hun and bearings 2 years old.

Any input would be appreciated, thanks!

That's an antique there. Sounds about like the first year they were built. Tanklike. Design carried over pretty much the same over the years. Some small changes in the electrical system and lighting and little variation on the styling. Not sure on the price. Check the Kelly Blue Book.

that was the second year they made warriors it should have a pull starter on it which is a nice feature. they were a bit front heavy pre 1989 becuase the motor was a bit further forward in the chassis. but they are great bikes. they got electric start which is also nice. from the pics i would say its a good deal

Well to bad you arnt closer. I have an 1987 warrior in better shape then that tring to get $1300 for it. That seems to be a good deal if it runs and drives good.
