If it was me, to tell you the truth I would go for the honda for a few reasons. 1. Its got electric fuel injection. 2. Its got more power no doubt. 3. IT's a honda (haha.) I've ridden both and I have some substantial seat time on the grizz, and while its a steadfast quad, it's simply out dated. The honda has more power, better throttle response, and EFI. Gone is the rejetting because you are ridding in a higher elevation, or slipping on a performance exhaust. Plus you don't have to deal with the finacky carb. I have ridden with and owned a lot of honda four wheelers, and have yet to be dissapointed. Sorry the list isnt in my sig at bottom. I've ridden with the foreman 450s, foreman 450 es, 300 fourtrax 4x4 ( still have tough tough quad), 300 ex, 400ex, 1982 honda big red, and I have loved them all! I have never really seen any of these honda's fail. I love honda wheelers, tho I currntly ride a Brute Force Not to take anything away from the grizzly, which is a tough quad also. But I just think that the honda will give you a better ride, and let you enjoy it's sport-uteness better. Sorry about the garbled mess I hope that I have helped in some way.

Not to be a d!ck, but Yamaha doesn't make a 600 grizz. it's a 660. I would personally go with that since that is what I went with two years ago once I got a chance to ride them side by side. It's all personal preference though, get what you think is best. You can't go wrong with any of the major manufacturers now a days. Good luck.
