I presently have a 2002 Honda Rubicon 500 and am trading iit in. I like the bike and have had no problems with it, other than the steering is stiff, due to it's in 4x4 constantly. I had my mind all set on a 2006 TRX 500 Rubicon until someone can give me a better deal on a 2005 TRX 650 out of the crate.
I am an advid rider in all kinds of terrain and snow, plus use the bike for farm chores. The 650 is a 3 speed with ESP; and does not have a reserve on the gas tank. Plus aside from the suspension differences, is anyone familiar with both these models, so I get what I need the bike for and the best for the buck?

Well the Rincon isn't exactly a "work" ATV, more designed for trial riding. The dealers are blowing out 05 Rincons very cheap because of the new 06 "700". Considering the original MSRP is 7799 I'm now seeing them for around 5900+tax.

Big difference between these two quads IMO, the Rincon is very plush and comfortable to ride, the power isn't arm jerking but fairly impressive. There is no low gear and engine braking only gets you down to about 10 MPH. Guess it all depends on what you'll be doing most with it. I have a Rincon but I mostly do trail riding.
