Default Outlander 400 H.O. vs Vinson 500

Which do you guys think is a better all round bike in your opinion? what do you think each bike excels at etc? and why?
Is the Outlander 3 year warranty enough to make it a better deal?

ok take the vinson! it dosent have IRS but it has more power and better handling.
you can get it in manule or auto. only thing it lacks is a locking front diff. but unless you mud alot you dont realy need it.

Default Outlander 400 H.O. vs Vinson 500

for better all around, i would go outlander
way more comfortable suspension, good power although not as much as the vinson
"locking diff"--i have never seen the diff truely lock up like they claim, but its better than 3wd like on the vinson
both are reliable
