best over all sport trail quad
I'm around 300 and have been riding my KFX for a year and a half now with no problems....
I don't get left in the dust by the lighter guys very often and with the ability to dial in the fully adjustable suspension I can hit small jumps with no problems.... I've also ridden 400exs and they too don't seem to mind the extra weight much.....
Of course you will find the limits of the machine quicker than a 150-pound rider so you have to ride a bit more docile. Big huge MX type doubles are out of the question of course...... but I ride hard and the z400 holds up just fine.....

after looking at the 2007 z400 it would be hard to pass up that black with a red frame. once i sell my dirt bike and my honda oyddyssey i will have enough to put a down payment and get. anyone who reads this should check it out at suzuki.com it is sweeeeeet!

Well best over all trail atv depends on where you live and what type of trails you ride. I have a 04 polaris scrambler which has 4x4. I know its heavy but it has a sporty side to it i've modded it a lil and it goes probly mid 50's to 60. And if you ride in muddy areas(like i do in maine) than the 4x4 really comes in handy it also has reverse. The only down fall to this quad is the auto transmission. If thats not a problem for you then it probly the best all around quad there is.

you could always get a cannondale for 2-3k used (since they don't make em anymore) 440cc but they are faster than the YFZ450 and honda 450R. If you are bigger then that would be great for you I am really tall and it fits me great and they have a TON of power awsome suspension and I love the look of them. Also with them being all aluminum they are really light so turning them around is easy since they don't have reverse. just somethin else to think about
