Default Need help with desicion

I wanted an atv thats a mix between utility and sport any suggestions..? imo i thought the yamaha wolverine 450 would be perfect for that but im not to sure what do you all think?

If you search around, we have had lots of discussions about machines in this class (http://forums.atvconnection.com/mess...did/517067.cfm and http://forums.atvconnection.com/mess...did/516950.cfm). The "old" Wolverine is the best example, but the "new" Wolverine is the best you are going to come up with as something you can buy new today.....

I have a new Honda Rancher 420 (fuel injected/water cooled), and you should consider it as an alternative. (My only complaint about he new Rancher is that it is to heavy.) It is way more sporty than I had ever hoped any utility could be, and I will take it over the Wolverine any time. (Just for the record the Wolverine is a 421cc, not a 450 like they call it!)

Can you switch it in an out of 4wd?

Yes the new honda rancher 420 has switchable 2wd/4wd ! williebee

The switch is however manual, where all the other Honda's have an electronic push button switch. I hear you can switch into 4wd on the fly, but I haven't tried it yet.
