Has anyone ever dealt with Gladstorex.com? They advertise a Grizzly 450 for $3599 and a Griz 660 for $3999. It sounds fishy to me. Go to their site & look at all the good prices on all makes & models. I can't get any real info on them through Google. I also tried some ripoff notification sites, and even wrote to the Companies House Enquiries at the UK government where Gladstore.com is supposedly based. I haven't been able to really find out anything. I sent 2 emails (yesterday & today) to them with no response. I can't help but to think about the old saying about if it sounds too good to be true... Any info or experience with this company would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone any info about a good Yamaha dealer in central or southern California that discounts off of list price?

I thought all dealers of all makes sell for less than list price. I never pay that much for mine.

I know that dealers usually discount a little, but nothing like Gladstorex.com advertises. The 450 list $6499/Gladstore $3599. The 660 $7199/$3999. These are HUGE discounts. That's why I'm suspicious.

Don't buy anything from U.K. unless you use a legitimate escrow service (one you know first hand). I hear of lots of people getting burned on ebay. Pay up front by western union and never hear from them again. A friend got burned for $5000 buying a Banshee online. I prefer to sit on and hear anything I buy. If they do produce an ATV get the paper work to make sure it's legit!

That's a HUGE discount if it's dollars. If it's actually British Pounds then it's more.

I checked it out. It's in US$, but the deals aren't that great. There are dealers in Ohio (Toledo Honda) who have '08 Raptors on for like $6000. This is going back to winter time when I checked. If you're going new go to a dealer and negotiate.

Yes. I bought my '08 king quad 450 from OTD cyclesports 2 weeks ago & picked it up saturday. The prices fluctuate all the time, but there is no haggling. I got mine for $5799 out the door. MSRP is $6599.

I'm pretty sure that Gladstorex.com is a scam. I emailed them twice & never got an answer. I saw OTD & they looked pretty good. But today I bought a 2007 Suzuki Vinson 500 Automatic for my wife with 150<miles for $3600. It looked like a good deal to me. It also has an extended warranty to May 2011. Now if my Polaris breaks down again I can take hers. LOL. Thanks for everyone's input.

I went to that "G" website and got a security warning. I submitted the web address to McAfee to check on it. Their SiteAdvisor shows a question mark instead of green, yellow, or red, for a rating. It lets me know at at a glance if the millions of sites they already checked are good or bad. If the SiteAdvisor button is green the site is good.
