I honestly don't think you can go wrong with either one, just pick the one that fits you the best. I have a 1987 Yamaha that has never had anything done to it other than routine maintenance without any problems. I now own a 700 Grizzly EPS and a Rhino. While I have never owned a Honda ATV, I have owned their motorcycles and know people who own Honda ATV's. I have not seen one to be of higher quality than the other.
