Im looking for a midsize atv to help me battle the Florida mud. Does anyone have any suggestions on a midsize atv with 4x4? im trying to stay under $2500 too so that means it has to be used. thanks,

Honda rancher 350 4x4 or a honda recon 250 2x4 there very reliable and are in that budget.

 

honda rancher 350 4x4, yamaha big bear or yamaha bruin 350 4x4's. and older kawisiki bayou 300 4x4 is also in oyur price range. around my neck of the woods, the midwest, $2,500's is not much money for a 4x4 atv, so your selection will be limited to older models. but most of them are tough as nails.

Consider a sport model? A used Warrior might work too.

 

You definately need a 4x4 if you're getting in that nasty mud, and not a limited-slip 3-wheel drive either. A used Polaris with On-Demand 4x4 or Yamaha with On-Command 4x4 should do the trick.
