Default Good price on a new 4x4 quad

Good day all I am new to the forum and I am in the maket for a new quad 4x4 from a 450 to a 700. My local dealer is saying he has a 08 700 yamaha grizzly that he can get me out the door under 6500 it is FI but does not have the EPS is this a good deal? Please let me know. I have not bought a quad in 15 years due to military service and I miss it. If anyone knows what is a great price on a 09 450 grizzly please let me know

If it is out the door for $6500, with the full skid plates and winch (that you mentioned in the other thread), that seems pretty reasonable to me. The list price on an 08 Grizzly FI is $8199 (without EPS) (according to Yamaha's US website). So if he has included all of the skid plates (which come to about a $600 total) and the winch, that seems pretty good to me.

Right on brother, I am going to get it I just hope that the 700 is not more than I need I figure its going to do everything I want. I mean the general use of it will be food plots for hunting and all out riding anywhere and everywhere I can. I live in MD but WV is right down the road and there is some great riding out there.

Just think, even if it's more than you need (doubt it), it's always better to have more than you need than less than you need! It's a great quad for all out riding, and it will be great for riding on trails. With the winch and the skid plates, it will be hard to damage and hard to get stuck! And you have Yamaha's great 4WD system.

The only thing I would recommend also getting would be a rear box (especially if you are gonna be doing food plots) so you can carry stuff around in it easier. But other than that you're set, especially at that price!
