Each manufacturer has its own bank that they make loans through. Some banks are very skiddish right now about loans. It all started when Barney Frank and Bill Clinton made the federal loan institutions right loans to low income people who really couldn't afford mortgages. Then the FDIC started pressuring banks to do the same. My wife has been working for banks for over 30 years and I remember talking to her about the loans to poor credit risks. It started a tidal wave that we are feeling now. So the banks that Honda uses might have been effected badly by what's going on. I hope you are able to get into a new quad.

try getting a OTDP (out the door price) from your dealer and taking it to your bank and see if they will issue you a loan for the quad. You will more than likely get an even better interest rate from your bank then you would of thru honda
