Default 2001 Warrior SHOULD I GET IT!!????

i found this looks to be really nice 01 Yamaha warrior 350 that has a little bit of aftermarket mods to it like hot cam stage 2, nerf bars, pro circuit exhaust, jet kit, bar levers, optional lowering kit, full skid plates, he says he will take 1500 for it but he doesn't have a title cause he got it from Canada and just has the original bill of sale for it... would i be able to get a title for it if he has the original bill of sale?... and i think its worth 1500$ but i just want to make sure cause i probably will only be able to keep it for a couple months then i will have to sell it to get a car and i was wondering if i would be able to get the same out of it and be able to sell it then.... thanks for your time and maybe someone can help me and give me some advice thanks alot..... heres 2 pics of it

I have owned a dozen different quads, and the Warrior was the worst of the bunch! They just didn't get the weight distribution (it is a little front heavy and handles clunky) and suspension right on this thing. Pass it up.......

Canada has titles, we call them "Ownerships". Never bought anything without that, something fishy going on.

I'm in MN and we just found an ATV w/o a title, but if you can get the VIN from the guy, call your local DNR or DMV and they can do a VIN check for you. Then you'll know for sure if its been stolen or not. Plus, its free to check. But yeah, if there aren't any flags on the vehicle and you have the VIN, you can register it, at least in Minnesota.

Other than that, seems like a decent deal. Not a steal by any means, but not a bad one either.

I would think you could get about the same amount out as you put in.

Do you really want to tie up $1500 for a couple months if you plan on buying a car. Yes you may be able to get your money back out of it but it might also take you awhile to sell.... just a thought
