guessing he rode it on the street because of worn tires I still have the orginal tires my LTs came with in fact I changed because rubber was hard after 20+yrs anyway figure cost of tires $200-$300 cost of stem plus poosible hidden damage and you know there is some I am thinking top price I would offer is maybe $1,500. don't know how much they for in your area but in ca there is a lot of trx450 here and that makes a big diff on resale value

 

I agree with 83-cj7. If it was properly maintained it wouldnt need a headlight, sterring stem,etc... If the guy didnt care how he rode it you know he didnt care about oil changes, air filter cleaning, chain lube,etc...

 

I would pay no more then 2600

 

I'd say around 2000 to 2500 would be a decent price. I agree with some others, THEY should have taken the 3000 when it was offered.

 

They wanted 3000, I didnt offer that lol

 

I paid 2000 cash for mine in mint shape , its a 05 he was wanting 3000 . Down here 04 05 can be had from 1800 to 3000 mark , but noway would I offer anyone 3000 for a bike with damage ! If you looked at it 8 months ago and they wanted 3 and still havent sold it thats good for you bring 1800 cash , take it or leave it kind of deal
