The best is always the one you own.
Kidding but, that is a loaded question man. What's best? You will get very biased answers asking questions like that. What kind of riding are you doing? What's the terrain like? Track? Trails? Dunes?

700 Raptor is prob best most powerful all around. Prob out of price range.
Not a fan of the 660 Raptors. Too tall and tippy and just don't feel right TO ME.
450's are high geared high rpm power, light and tons of fun. Pipe makes ton off diff on low end for these. Not great for trails but, they work. Much better piped. More suitable for open areas, open trails and track riding. Great hill climbing machine. Can find older models around $3000.
The LTR400 is a great machine. Less power than the 450's, but the power is there and lower geared so more suitable for slower trail crawling. Guessing around $3000
The 400EX is a great trail machine. Less power than the LTR400. Can be found the cheapest. Use extra cash for pipe-proper jetting. Makes big difference.

I doubt you will be able to find a EFI Z 400 for $3000 Older carbed Z or a Honda 400EX would be more like it.
