2003 unridden ATV at an Auction
#1
Hi all
I am going to an upcoming auction for an estate of someone who passed away who either won or bought a quad in 2003 and never rode it. It has a mileage indicator of 7 miles on the odometer.
Is this a bad idea to buy something like this with all original fluids still in the quad?
The auctioneer stated they would allow it to be started but not driven, doesnt this sound like a bad idea unless they flushed all the original oil/gas/etc? I am sure they wouldnt do that though.

If they'll start it, see if they'll let you prop up the rear axle to make sure the wheels turn.
If the price is right, might be a good investment.
What brand and model is it?
