I like that one as well, however I got the grizzly brand new with EPS for $5800 out the door from the dealer.

It looks like a nice quad. Congratulations Smartdave. It's actually closer to being a 400 than a 450 but should have plenty of power for your wife.

Thanks!! Yeah I have my '11 brute 750 so this is something for her. I am sure she will like it as well. We don't go on many nasty type trails. Pretty tame stuff. I wanted to get it for her in time for our trip to the hatfield mccoy trails this spring

Excellent choice Dave! The Grizzly 450 is a great little ATV. I especially like the mid-size chassis that makes it easier to maneuver, and helps keep the weight down. I always thought it was dumb for manufacturers to use the same enormous full size ATV chassis that is used on their 700 to 800cc ATVs, on their 400 to 500cc ATVs.

Your wife should really like it. Being as she is small to mid-size herself, be sure to check the suspension preload settings, and set them for her instead of for you. You'll probably want them as soft as they'll go to improve the ride quality for her.

The 450 Grizzly is a nice medium size and it has the all the features that matter.

All I care about in a ATV is if it has a low range,IRS and sometype of true AWD system.

Great choice, Dave. Sounds like a perfect quad for your wife, unless she's a power hungry maniac like some of us on the forum. Then, you're in trouble big time. I didn't know they had power steering on the 450. Nice combination.
