Anyone know how to register an ATV with no reg?? Im having such a hard time at the DMV. Its all legit not stolen. Previous owner is in the VA Hospital and has to get a duplicate reg but cant. its been over 6 months and still no luck. Someone mentioned have my wife be the seller in her maiden name but im not sure this would work. Anyone??

 

so i see you're in NY. your DMV won't give you a procedure to follow or what's required? i would think a bill of sales/receipt of/for the purchase with the VIN on it and the buyer/seller signatures should suffice. they should give you guidance. just a thought.
