Default atv for sister?

hey, i need help in choosing what is best for my sister. it has to be automatic and easy to turn. i have slimmed down my options to honda rancher at, polaris sportsman 400 ho and maybe a yamaha kodiak...
what would be the best for her? we will be trail riding, riding around the house, and maybe getting into some mud. thanks

The Sportsman is much larger and heavier Full size ATV vs the others unless your talking about the short produced 300 Hawkeye size 400H.O.?

The Kodiak 400 (401cc/ Straight axle) or 450(421cc/IRS) (Called 450 Grizzly now) would have low range and diff lock but I quess she would not care about that I take it.

Would need to know which Kodiak and 400H.O your talking about. Links below.

to be honest, i would prefer the honda or the polaris...and either size sportsmans work. i dont know much about the yamaha, but i dont like the grizzlys...is the kodiak be the same as a grizzly? which 400 ho is better? the samller hawkeye size or the full size sportsman?

She will like the Rancher AT, automatic with electronic shift available at the filp of a switch. It is lighter and easier to handle and a lot nimbler on the trails

The 450 Kodiak and 450 grizzly are the same but the 400 Kodiak is it own thing. All are smaller Mid size chassis.

The newer SP400H.O is the exsact same full size. ATV as the 500 and 800 but with the 455ccH.O motor. Not nibble or ment to be.

The older 400H.O is the small 300 Hawkeye/300 Sportsman ATV with the 455 H.O motor shoe horned into it. Its very nibble. Smaller chassis ATVs are always more maneuverable. http://www.atvreviewnetwork.com/enth...e2=39323&go=Go

Its like Honda putting the 500 Foreman or 500 Rubicon motor into the littler Rancher.

The only down side to the Rancher is it will be the only one without a AWD system and has a straight axle with drum brake and the weakest power plant. It also has no low range but the smaller SP400H.O does not either like the newer Full size version.
