as far as dependability, most atv's will last a long time if properly maintained. the hondas are very reliable in terms of not breaking down...but the 4wd is not very dependable. the polaris is a very good fourwheeler that has true 4wd and will take you anywhere you wanna go. the yamaha is also good, and has true 4wd as well. but, some people complain about the handle bars on the grizzlys. dont know much about arctic cat, suzuki, or kawasaki. but i have heard alot of complaints.
im not bias, but i do prefer to ride polaris or honda. if i had the money i would even go for a can am. but i dont, so i went with polaris and it has not failed me yet! most people i ride with have polaris or honda and there is one yamaha.
but your gonna need a 500+ cc possibly(thats what i would get because they are more dependable in getting out of tough situations and hauling heavy loads).

there's no bad time to be stranded is "bush"
the tough part is trying to find a good clean bush to ummm... get tangled up in

out of those choices- I'd grab the 09 KQ750.

with a machine that new, they are both good. you get more on the kq750. be sure to carry an extra belt, and a winch with a tow strap would be a good idea for you. good luck!
