Lightbulb When Financing an ATV do you have wiggle room on OTD price?

Tomorrow I am really interested in either a grizzly 450 or a KingQuad 500... Mainly because of the Diff Lock option and since I live in Florida in the swamps it will see a lot of nasty mud but online they have the 2013 KingQuad 500 listed for 6,999.00... I always see online people talking about OTD price but does that apply for people who are financing? If so how much more do you think I could get him to take off the price?

If your approved for financing you could always get it through a personal loan from your bank instead then walk into the dealership and play the cash up front game with them.

Unless the dealership has a much better interest rate vs your bank's personal loan.

Yes, there is usually wiggle room even if you are financing. If it is priced at msrp I would expect to get some off. Japanese makes aren't like american cars where the manufacturer offers a ton of big incentives to move inventory though.

i just financed my brute force i recently purchased. the guy told me on the phone that if i went down there i wouldnt walk out without it... they were asking $8500, which kawi was already offering $1500 off MSRP of 10K so wasnt really a deal, they wanted $9600 out the door. i got $9300. wasn't a huge savings, and im sure i could have done better looking back on it. but i'm still happy with the purchase.

Just be careful with the dealers. A lot of them will say, "I'll sell it to you for this price." Then they will add on uncrating fees, paperwork fees, etc. Hold them to their original numbers or walk out.
