Default Recomendations 36V Electric ATV

My 4 year old son has been riding a Kawasaki Power Wheels (12V) for the last 1 1/2 years. I was considering moving him up to a 24V Razor, but saw some 36V 500W Chinese products from Go-Bowen for a slightly higher price. It is the same price as the Moto Tec, but has a bigger motor adjustable speeds and Reverse.

Does anyone have history on the Go-Bowen Electric ATVs?

Some of the points I see.....

The Chinese versions have 3 speed settings and look to have an actual suspension. Seat height is only 2" higher and it is wider than the Razor. I definately would regulate the speed on this model.

The Go-Bowen Model (MARS) has Reverse and a foot kill switch.

Additionally, my son has been riding with a Bicycle helmet so need a better one especially if he moves up. Please recommend an economical first helmet for a 4 year old.

Thanks...
