Need help narrowing down my first 4x4

I didn't read your other post about how you raised your budget to $3500. I still recommend the Kodiak 450. I'm sure you can find one for that price in good condition. Might even be able to find a Grizzly 660 for that, I've seen a few in my area in great shape for around $4000. You've basically given yourself the same budget I have given myself for my next quad. I just sold my Rancher though on some of my posts it shows I still have it but I removed it from my garage on my profile. I almost bought a 2004 Kawasaki Prairie 700 for under $2500 yesterday but the seller decided they would rather trade for a motorcycle than have cash. I also struck out on an 03 Grizzly 660 as well. Same with a nice used Brute Force 650 the week before, I really wanted that one. I kinda want a bit more power, the 2wd Rancher was just too slow for me and I want something substantially faster with 4x4. I'm not big on used Polaris quads but I would consider a Sportsman 500 EFI. A Can Am Outlander 500 would be another but hard to find those for $3500. Honda Foreman 500 and Rubicon are ok but still leave me wanting more power. The Rincon's transmission, though I have never rode one, would seem to limit its performance though I've seen a few of them in the $3000-$3500 range. A Suzuki Vinson 500 auto is another one I would look at but they're hard to find.

Local dealer has a 2004 Polaris Sportsman 700 EFI for $2699. Looks like they just got it in late in the day Monday. Not exactly what I was looking for but for the price and condition its worth looking at. It won't last long, I better go check it out Tuesday or it will be gone. 2004 Polaris Sportsman 700 Twin EFI Never owned a Sportsman but I will definitely give this one a look. When they pop up for this price, they don't last long. This dealer usually will negotiate a little on price so maybe $2300-$2400 is possible. Other than looking like it needs some new tires, it looks to be ready to go. Maybe they would give me a better deal if I decide to buy some new tires from them as well, worth a shot. Their prices on tires are pretty competitive with most online retailers.
