Sold an Atv and now the buyer wants to return it.
Hello, So I bought a Honda 400ex 2003 in really bad condition just to resell it. So once I made it look good I sold it. And now the buyer that bought it is massaging me saying that the vin number is wiped off and he is threatening me that he will come to my house with police in order to return it. I didn’t even notice that the vin is missing. And I also didn’t have title and I the guy that bought it didn’t ask for bill of sale. What do I do? Should I get it back?
