a 300ex is NOT for racers! but it is a sport atv. I think you'll get real bored with the 250ex, where as the 300ex can always be fun...even though it falls short of being a high performance atv.

Don't get the 250EX, I personally think these quads are for people who can't coordinate their left hand and foot to shift the quad. Anyway the 300Ex would be a good beginer-intermediate quad and if oyu want more pwer out of them there are these kits that supposedly make it faster than a 400EX

The 250 is nice, but it is best for beginners and casual riders. If you are a serious rider at all, I would recommend the 300-it's a full on sport quad. The 300 is hands down the BEST trail bike ever made! It has WAY BETTER SUSPENSION and even a heavy guy like me can get some pretty big air with this bike. The 250 tends to push a little in turns and is a little tippy, but not the 300.

if you need a honda, get the 250X, not EX, find a used 250X more powerfull then a warrior, and almost as fast

I have a 300ex and my friend has a 250ex. I have been on both for long periods of time. I know they say the 250ex is suppose to be different from the Recon, but the Recon was my first bike, and I can tell you they are almost identical. If we want something easy to handle, great on the trails, great suspension, get the 300ex!
The Recon has wishy washy suspension, pushes in the turns, and is not as comfortable as the 300ex. My friend is going to sell her 250ex and buy the 300ex. Good luck!

How someone said they cant use left and right foot i have a lakota sport and warrior i much prefer the lakota on mx track even though the warrior is faster i just prefer it. Oh ya my lakota sport can now smoke a 300ex go with a 250 ex it jumps good and climbs hills good or get a lakota sport there even better.
